East Court Plaza located on Glen Watford Drive [Midland and Sheppard]. This is a re-roofing job with recover application.

Lower roof of Ho View Plaza with 16 air conditioner Unit [ approx 3000 sqft]. Recover application with 2 ply membrane torch application.

This is a flat roof town house re-roof project, re-roof the poorest condition unit of the town house. The project start from 2004 and finished in 2005 [16 unit was involved].

High rise re-roofing project. Cut off and trash down all the existing gravel build-up roof. Mop down foam insulation and re-cover board. Torch apply a new 2 ply roof membrane system.

This is a remove all and install new project. Supply and install vapor retardar, 3” foam insulation [w/ hot mop], recover board, base membrane and cap membrane [w/ torch application].
