Sheppard Pearl Waterproofing [1450434 Ontario Inc.] is a small family own company. It was established by founder - John T. Tsang (BSC. Eng.) in Toronto, since 1990. Mr. John T. Tsang is very active in Toronto’s Chinese Community, he had been a guest speaker and article contributor in home improvement section for various Chinese media [ 1993– China Vision TV, 1994– Sing Tao Newspapers (Canada), 1995– Fair Child TV, 1996– Canadian Chinese Broadcasting Corporation, 1996-97 - Popular Lifestyle & Entertainment Magazine, 1997- CHIN Radio AM1540, 2000- Workshop speaker for Centre for Information & Community Services CICS, 2004- Fair Child TV, 2005-07 - Fair Child Radio AM1430]. Sheppard Pearl Waterproofing is managed by Andy C. Tsang (B. Arch., MAATO), who joined the company since 1992. We specialized in waterproofing, foundation chemical inject repair, flat roof, asphalt shingle roof, residential addition, custom build, residential and commercial renovation. |
